Cole is a lifelong resident of Hanover County. He opened Tucker-Franklin Insurance in 1998 after working as an agent with Virginia Farm Bureau. He is a graduate of George Mason University and the University of Richmond. Cole earned the prestigious Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2009, the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2001 and the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation in 1997. He is actively involved with the Hanover Ruritan Club, the Mechanicsville Businessman Association and his church. Cole serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA) of Virginia and DC.

Rob Grizzard joined TF Insurance Group in May of 2010. He is a 35 year resident of Hanover Co.. Rob graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1987 with a degree in Business/Marketing. He has been in the Insurance Business since 1996, and in 1999 achieved the designation of Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). Rob is able to help you in all Lines of Business from Auto and Home to your Life and Retirement needs.

Sue joined Tucker-Franklin in 2002. She brings more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry to the agency. Sue directs incoming calls, responds to customer billing inquiries and collects premium payments. She and her husband also reside in the Mechanicsville area.

Carol joined Tucker-Franklin in November 2009. She is a native of Virginia and grew up in Henrico County. She attended St. Gertrude’s and has a degree in mass communications from VCU. She lives in Manakin-Sabot with her husband and their dogs.
